The GGL playoffs are well on their way, and at this stage the competition is fierce. This weekend offers up a triple pack of playoff action with a good 1v1 match, and two of the better TDM matches the playoffs will see.

Sunday, June 19 at 9:15pm EST machina vs gravity

I recommend checking out both channels, #americup will give you a glance at other playoffs as well, and #2k4tdm will provide the usual hilarity from the community.
Check6.ut2k4 vs continuance- I think everybody wants to see check6 play, and I think con is one of the few clans that can put up a respectable showing against them. Yet then again we all know that anybody against check6 is David vs Goliath.
Machina vs gravity- This is the match you need to see. Machina finished an extremely strong second, and is the dark horse of this event. They snuck in and while nobody watched them managed to get a sick record, and own. Now in the finals people are starting to look back and realize that they have a serious shot at the money, even compared to h2o, and sbp. To make it better, by all odds Machina should be able to gravity a run for their money on any map. If there is going to be a winner’s bracket upset, this is where it will happen. Hence watch this game.
