The first patch for the rocket arena style mod Rocketeer has been released. The patch fixes some bugs, adds a new map (Crush2), fixes a map that didn't work in the previous version (Lehmi), and most importantly, it includes three different hardcoded weapon loadouts.
There is the standard loadout, which includes the weapons exactly as they are in regular UT2004. There's the Rocketeer loadout, which makes a bunch of changes to the weapons, which include the speed increase of rockets, and the replacement of the bio rifle for a tweaked grenade launcher (the ONS one). You can find a full lists of the weapon changes in the Rocketeer loadout here (but watch out for Fwee's avatar if you're easily offended :x). The third loadout is the RA:UT1 loadout, which only includes the lightning gun, rocket launcher, and shock rifle.
The mod does not yet include bot support as it is still an alpha, and making the bots rocket jump properly is quite hard. You can grab the mod here (you need to have v2.29 installed and then install the patch over it) here.
Please give this mod a try, it is very fun and can be a good way to improve your skills.
