Taking the idea of donut maps and changing it up with an extra "layer" where the hole is, this map still winds up being subpar. Can be interesting in public play, but there are better maps even at that level.
Critique:
Like I said above, this map has no business in any serious event. Ironically, it was used in the first CPL tournament. Don't ask.
